This machine uses non-woven fabrics material. It can produce two kinds and sizes of bags 

such as vest bags, flat bags.

It is equipped with two computer touch screens, step motor to control the length and photocell 

to track accurately and steadily. There control devices such as auto-counting alarming, 

auto-punching etc., which keep the finished products well-sealed and nice-cutting with high

 speed and efficiency. It is an ideal environmental friendly bag making equipment.

1.PAYMENT: 30%T/T payment of total value in the contract should be paid before 

production. 

And 70%  T/T balance of total value should be paid before loading.

4.DELIVERY: 30 Working days after receiving the deposit by T/T

If the buyer don't load the machines in six month after paying the deposit and the 

machines are ready at same time ,the seller will cancel the order and the contract 

would be invalid.

5.GUARANTEE: one year

  Within this year, if any parts are broken naturally, not by man-made, we can 

change the broken parts in free. But the buyer has to send them back to us. After 

this year, if any parts are broken, we can change, but charge their original costs.

6.SPECIAL PROVISIONS:

The seller agrees to send one engineer to Buyer's factory for installation as requested 

by the Buyer, but all expenses shall be borne by the Buyer such as visa, air ticket,

 hotel and food charge,. After installation, the Buyer should pay the engineer 

80 USD/day as subsidy. What’s more, the buyer should guarantee the safety of the engineers.
